Police have launched an urgent appeal to help find a missing woman.
Samantha, 26, was last seen yesterday (September 19) at Lewisham Hospital.
She is described by police as 5ft 2 of slim build with shoulder-length brown hair.
If you have seen her or have any information on her whereabouts call 999 and quote reference 22MIS033491.
