A DRIVER has been taken to hospital after crashing into a tree in Sidcup.
The incident happened in Hatherley Road at 5.50pm today.
Emergency services attended the scene.
The driver of the car was taken to a south London hospital for treatment.
Officers are waiting for an update on his condition.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at about 5.50pm on Sunday, 11 September to reports of a car in collision with a tree on Hatherley Road in Sidcup.
“Emergency services attended.
“The driver was taken to a south London hospital; we await an update on his condition.”
