Police have made an arrest after a man exposed himself in broad daylight Bexleyheath.

A man exposed himself in Bursted Wood just before 10.45am today.

Police were on the scene within four minutes and a suspect was arrested within six minutes.

Bexley Police say the Met is "tackling violence against women and girls in all its forms".

The officers tweeted: "#ARREST | At 10:44hrs today we received a report that a man had exposed himself in Bursted Wood in #Bexleyheath.

"Officers were on the scene within four minutes and had arrested the suspect within six minutes.

"The Met is tackling violence against women and girls in all its forms."
