Police have found a body in the water in Greenhithe and believe it is a man who was reported missing from Dartford.
Kent police were called at 10.09am yesterday (September 5) after a body was discovered.
Formal identification has not yet taken police, but the family of a 54-year-old Dotun Bademosi have been informed.
Dotun went missing from his home in Dartford last Friday (September 2) at 5.20am.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Officers searching for a missing man from Dartford have located a body.
“Kent Police was called at 10.09am on Monday 5 September 2022 to a report of a body being found in the water in Greenhithe.
“While formal identification has yet to take place, the family of Dotun Bademosi who was reported missing from his home in Dartford at 5.20am on Friday 2 September 2022, has been informed.”
