A Mercedes Benz driver has been fined after driving through Lewisham without a seatbelt.
Qasim Hussain, 29, drove on Aitken Road on February 12 at 12.40pm without a seatbelt.
He was fined £220, had to pay victim services of £34 and costs of £100 during a single justice procedure hearing at Bromley Magistrates Court on August 24.
Hussain, of Crane Mead in Lewisham must pay the £354 by September 21.
