A planning application has been submitted to Greenwich Council for a new gym in Eltham.
The application proposes to open a Snap Fitness UK gym in Eltham High Street.
The potential build could be replacing fashion retailer, Next, who previously vacated the property on January 29.
The application, which is currently under consideration, was submitted to the council on July 21.
The gym will be located next to Vue cinema.
Snap Fitness is a global company with 81 gyms across the UK.
