A man from Welling has been fined more than £1,200 after admitting to drink driving in Eltham.
Joe Dilley, of Monkton Road in Welling, was stopped while driving in Rochester Way on May 27, 2022.
There were 47 microgrammes of alcohol in a sample of 100 millilitres of Dilley's breath - which exceeds the prescribed limit.
The 26-year-old was ordered to pay £1,195 during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on June 15, 2022.
This includes a £1,009 fine, £101 to fund victim services, and costs of £85.
Dilley was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 14 months – which can be reduced to 14 weeks if he completes a course by March 8, 2023.
The fine for the offence must be paid in instalments of £100 per month commencing on July 13, 2022.
