A man has been fined £120 in court after stealing a bike worth £3,000 in Catford.

Christopher Wallis admitted to stealing the bike from Catford Broadway on June 20, 2022.

The 31-year-old was ordered to pay £253 in total for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on July 8.

This includes a £120 fine, a surcharge of £48 for victim services and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Wallis, of Solon New Road Estate in SW4, must pay £20 per month starting on August 5.
