A man has appeared in court after being caught with cannabis at Charlton Library.
James Kelly was caught with the drug at Charlton Library in Hornfair Road on June 3, 2022.
The 24-year-old was ordered to pay £199 as a result during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on June 22.
This includes an £80 fine, a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85.
Kelly, of Springfield Grove in Charlton, must pay £20 per month starting from July 7.
