A man was taken to hospital after he was found stabbed near a Tube station.
Police and paramedics were called to reports of an injured man in Mulberry Way, South Woodford at around 7.35pm yesterday (June 23).
An air ambulance was also dispatched to the scene.
The man was taken to an east London hospital. It is not clear whether this was by road or in the helicopter.
The Metropolitan Police say his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers cordoned off an area of Mulberry Way at its junction with The Viaduct, next door to the Railway Bell pub and close to South Woodford station.
There have been no arrests and police enquiries are continuing.
