Sidcup Leisure Centre has revealed its new gym facilities after a huge refurbishmnent.
The centre has opened its doors a brand-new training suite after it received a £200,000 investment to upgrade its facilities.
The suite was built from what was previously the creche following feedback from its members.
The new suite includes a new free weights area as well as the latest equipment from Life Fitness.
Members can now take advantage of an array of equipment during their workouts including treadmills, a resistance kit, Multi-Jungle cable machines and strength training equipment.
Alongside the new suite, the leisure centre has also upgraded their flooring and AV systems.
The cycling studio has been revamped with over 20 new exercise bikes to improve group cycling classes.
Leanne Wye, centre manager, said: “We listened closely to our members and visitors ahead of devising the plans for our new fitness suite, and then worked closely with Life Fitness to ensure we maximised the renovations.
"The investment is part of our promise to continue to provide our customers with the best possible experience, equipment, and technology, and to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community.”
The centre upgrades are now available for members to use.
