A thief who stole from Marks & Spencer in Bromley has been fined in court.
Jacqueline Cox admitted to stealing £330 worth of clothes from the M&S store in Bromley High Street on April 13 this year.
The 52-year-old was subsequently discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £22 during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on April 29.
Cox, of Hathorne Close in Southwark, was not ordered to pay costs due to lack of means.
She must pay the £22 by May 29.
Cox also appeared at the same court just over two weeks prior where she admitted to assaulting a man at a bus stop at Elephant and Castle station on March 15 this year.
She was discharged conditionally for 12 months for this offence, and was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £22.
This will be deducted from benefits.
Again there was no order for costs due to prioritising compensation and limited means.
The £272 must be paid in monthly instalments of £20 starting on May 25.
