For some people they find irritation with the way someone acts or feeling self-doubt.For me I’m uncomfortable with sitting in dirty and messy places which I am not comfortable with.Another example of insecurities are worries about an upcoming trip or event.

Most of the people around the world feel insecure about past events or their childhood which gives them a traumatic experience.

So this is a message to these people who has a hurtful past or if they feel insecure about something that they should do what's best for them to let go of the past and experience the present they are living right now.So they should’nt think about memories which will hurt them Sometimes the past is very delicate.For some people,if they had a family member who has had a hurtful past then that person should do something for example try and have fun without thinking about the past events or make them happy and try to forget about it.
