A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash on the A2 in Bexley earlier this morning.
Officers were called to reports of a crash involving a motorbike and a car at 10.09am today (April 16).
A woman - who was travelling on the motorbike - was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Investigations into the circumstances are ongoing.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to the A2 in Bexley at 10:09hrs on Saturday, 16 April, to reports of a collision involving a motorbike and a car.
“Officers attended.
“A woman, who was travelling on the motorbike, was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
“Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
