Affordable Easter Events in London:

The Great Easter Trail at Old Royal Naval College Greenwich-

When: 2-18 April

Price: £3 per trail card

Visit the historic site and venture across the grounds and buildings as you hunt down different clues and gather information to reveal the name of the secret location where a chocolate prize awaits. 

The Easter trail is on from April 2 to 18, from 10am till 5pm every day, and costs £3 per trail card and children must be accompanied by an adult with a valid Painted Hall ticket which costs £13.50.

Journey through Tomorrowland at Museum of the Home-

When: Throughout April

Price: Free

Artburst is offering a range of workshops throughout April including craft activities and interactive storytelling and the best thing is it's all free all you have to do is drop in.

Family make and create salon at The National Gallery-

When: April 5,6,12, 13

Price: Free

You can explore the Gallery and look at the most iconic paintings in art history and round it all off with a drop-in workshop. 

In the workshops, you can create a mini-masterpiece with the materials provided by the gallery. 

The Easter workshop takes place from 11am till 4pm in Room 32 and is completely free.

V&A Familie activities-

When: April 14, 15, 16

Price: Free

Visit the Victoria and Albert Museum and take part in some free family-friendly workshops.

The pop-up performance of Tales from the Forest is taking place on April 14 and April 15, plus it's free. 

Whilst on Saturday, April 16 the s the Drop-in Design: Theatrical Paper Fashion where you can create costumes and probs with designer Ryan Dawson Laight.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Trail at Kew Gardens-

Price: Children £5, Adult £15

Go outdoors this Easter and venture around Kew Gardens this Easter and follow the special trail inspired by the beloved children's book by Eric Carle, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. 

Along the way, you'll find sculptures inspired by the book from fruit to insects and much more.
