Crescent City: House of Sky and Breath, written by Sarah J. Maas, was published on the 15th of February 2022 and was highly anticipated by many avid readers across the globe. It is the second installment in the Crescent City series, the first book House of Blood and Earth being released in 2020.

The second book in the series explores the lives of Bryce Quinlan and Hunt Athalar, a few months after the ending of House of Earth and Blood, who are trying to are trying to keep a low profile. Yet, they find themselves, once again, standing up to the Asteri. 

New characters and couples are introduced in House of Sky and Breath, their personalities and interactions are sure to keep you entirely invested in their journey. The writing of the book is fast-paced since the majority of world-building is done in the first book. Moreover, there are several plot twists that are jaw-dropping and unexpected. But that is not the only aspect of the book that was unexpected, the ending will leave you screaming for book three most definitely.
