UPDATE: Dillis has been found safe and well and has been returned home.
Police are appealing for help in finding a vulnerable man with dementia.
Dillis, 79, was last seen at 11am today in Plumstead.
He is described 5’5 and of medium build.
Dillis was last seen wearing boxer shorts and a coat.
