A man has appeared in court for stealing £100 worth of men's underwear from Marks and Spencer.
Shane Lawrie admitted to stealing four packets of men's underwear worth £100 from the Marks and Spencer in Bromley on July 15, 2021.
The 40-year-old was ordered to pay £114 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on February 14, 2022.
This includes a fine of £80 and £34 to fund victim services.
No order was made for costs at the judge's discretion.
A warrant was originally issued for the arrest of Lawrie, of no fixed address, on November 24.
Lawrie must pay the full fine by March 14.
