Storm Eunice has now passed over the UK, and we'll be assessing the impact of this fast and furious storm for days to come. She might not have been as catastrophic as other severe winter storms faced in the past, but she certainly lived up to the warnings issued by the Met Office several days before her arrival.

Feltham ofcourse was party to the devastation caused by the storm. Many homeowners found their seemingly sturdy brick walls being blown over. Something that would have certainly seemed unbelievable prior to the storms incursion. One resident 

One feltham resident, a Suvaraj Angdembe, was available to comment on the state that their wall had been left in: ‘I'm in a bit of shock really. I never would have thought that this would happen. One moment my walls are standing strong and the next it's toppled over. They really weren't lying when they issued the red warning!’ With the cleanup due to storm Eunice estimated to be around £350 million one can only speculate as to how much Feltham is attributing to this figure. However, one thing is for certain, you can’t go far without seeing some fallen bricks or other such debris.
