Police officers from Bexley have allegedly been assaulted during an arrest in Eltham.
The suspect was arrested when found in possession with intent to supply cannabis.
The man reportedly resisted and assaulted the officers to avoid arrest, according to police.
The officers did not obtain serious injuries during the incident.
The man was detained and taken to police custody.
