A man has appeared in court for being part of a gathering in Bexleyheath during lockdown.
Abdi Hassan was found guilty of "participating in a gathering" consisting of two or more people outdoors in Danson Road on January 10, 2021.
London was in Tier 4 at the time, which saw people only allowed to leave home for essential purposes, such as to buy food and medical supplies, or for daily exercise.
The 22-year-old was subsequently ordered to pay £705 during a Single Justice Procedure hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court on February 2, 2022.
This includes a £550 fine, £55 to fund victim services, and £100 in costs.
Hassan, of Marine Drive, must pay this by March 2.
