The spread of Covid has seen many countries close their borders in an attempt to control the virus, and Australia is just one example.
At the time of writing only limited travel is allowed, with exemptions for Australian citizens, permanent residents, and immediate family members of Australian citizens or permanent residents.
However, later this month Australia will open up its borders again to vaccinated tourists and other visa holders from February 21, 2022.

The travel agency Skyscanner has a number of options for travel to Australia for a huge variety of prices.
Its cheapest price for Perth comes at £873, whilst jetting off to Sydney will cost you £894.
Meanwhile, a trip to the Gold Coast is priced at £1,235, whilst Adelaide costs £1,130 and Brisbane is priced at £1,140.
All of these locations and more are available to book via Skyscanner throughout most of the months of 2022 from the end of February.
