A man has appeared in court after driving in Bromley with a Brazilian driving licence - despite having lived in the UK for two years.

Wallace Passos was found guilty of driving a Yamaha car in Bromley High Street without a licence authorising him to drive this vehicle on June 15, 2021.

This was proved in a Single Justice Procedure hearing at Bromley Magistrates' Court on January 18, 2022.

Passos, 26, of Nunhead Green, was ordered to pay £354 in total for the offence - including a £220 fine, £34 surcharge to victim services and costs of £100.

He was also given three points on his licence.
