A man from Beckenham has been fined after causing criminal damage to a fire door at a Tesco store in Lewisham.
Sean Mills admitted to damaging the glass panel in the fire exit door belonging to Tesco in Lewisham Road on January 1, 2022.
Mills, of Hackington Crescent, intended to destroy or damage such property, or was being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
The 30-year-old was ordered to pay £439 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 17.
This includes a £120 fine, £250 compensation, £34 to fund victim services and £35 in costs to the CPS.
He must pay £20 per month starting on February 14.
