Judging, is the concept of forming an opinion about someone or a group of people, regardless of whether the storyline has been fact-checked or not. Many of us have judged or have been judged by others (through rumours) over issues that either seem petty or extreme. It is also important to know that miscommunication and misinterpretation of the truth can lead to someone being wrongly convicted and often change people's perspective of how that person is viewed.

Judging can be expressed in the analogy of a puzzle game. The jigsaw pieces are the facts, and the completed jigsaw puzzle can be considered as the correct storyline. When pieces of the jigsaw puzzle are missing or placed incorrectly, we are presented with a false narrative and often we jump to conclusions due to a chain reaction. When a person is told the story, they are often narrated a paraphased version, which is often inaccurate. This ultimately leads to the story moving along the line of people causing us, as individuals, to stray away from the truth.

In conclusion, at the end of the day people watch trailers to see snippets of the storyline for their own interest purposes, but only a few take the time and effort to watch the movie. Therefore, it is safe to assume that people judge others purely based on a rumour and disregard the opportunity to hear both sides of the story.
