A man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and possessing criminal property after finding over £7,000 worth of drugs and cash.

Police arrested a male after searching an address in the SE18 area on Saturday (January 29).

Officers allegedly found more than £7,000 worth of cash and class A and B drugs.

He was then arrested by the Violence Suppression Unit on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.

The man has been charged and remanded into police custody.

 

Greenwich police said: “Charged.

“Yesterday officers from our Violence Suppression Unit (VSU) arrested a male for PWITS A+B & Possessing Criminal Property in SE18.

“Upon searching his address over £7000 worth of drugs & cash was found.

“The male has been charged & remanded into police custody.”
