Majority of people have experienced some sort of sexual harrassment, sexual assault, rape or have even felt confined when alone with men who have made them fell unsafe and stressed.

Between 2 percent to 10 percent of accusations are false. This impacts bad news for victims and survivors who actually went through the trauma and happenings of harassment. The false accusations can also have bad impacts on mental health on those they have falsely blamed. (False accusations are made by people who are greedy for attention and being known worldwide by viewers.) It can also affect those who have experienced it as it makes them feel as if what they have been through is treated as a joke by others.
1 in 3 women have experienced a form of sexual assault from as young of 11 to 17 years of age. This goes to show even young girls, before even becoming a teenager, can get harassed sexually. On the other hand,  1 in 4 men have experienced sexual harassment/assault in their lifetime.
A story of sexual assault and harassment happened a female named Sarah Ortiz. She had first been assaulted at the age of 12 to 13 by her stepfather. She had described the experience as being unbelievable. A stepfather is supposed to be someone who represented a fatherly figure.

Sexual assault and harassment should not be taken or shown as a joke. False reports negatively encourage bad impacts on mental health of those who were blamed and those who actually experienced it and makes them feel as if it isn’t important enough to cry all over about. When you hear a survivor or a fresh victim tell you their story, you listen attentively and pay all your attention to what they are saying because they have already built up enough strength to speak up about themselves.
