Newly released on Broadway, Pretty woman centres around a free-spirited woman, Vivian Ward, who is hired by Edward Lewis, a wealthy businessman, to be his escort for several business and social functions and events and shares their developing relationship over the week. It is full of humour, joy and unforgettable entertaining musical performances.

On Saturday the 16th of October I went to see Pretty Woman in London, and the performance certainly delivered, going above and beyond my expectations. It was fantastic and expressed the original 90s storyline wonderfully with incredible actors, costumes, sets and music which filled the room with humour and energetic joy. It was an unforgettable performance, expressing the original 90s storyline beautifully with a touch of modern energy and twists. It gave an insight into life in the 90s particularly for the younger generations with costumes and sets very similar to the original ones in the film, while still providing a sense of modern entertainment and amazing musical elements to the performance.

The songs and music were uplifting, catchy and joyful and added a huge amount of joy and entertainment to the performance with the iconic pretty woman original song being played at the end, leaving everyone waiting! There was even some fantastic opera in it! The dancing and acting on top of the live bands extraordinary performance and the fantastically sung musical elements added another dimension of talent and entertainment creating a hugely memorable performance for everyone. I would highly recommend, and I can assure it will not disappoint, on at the Savoy Theatre in London.
