A CCTV image has been released as part of investigations into the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old in Edmonton in 2018.

Richard Odunze-Dim was shot inside an address in St Joseph’s Road on December 18 at around 9.15pm and was pronounced dead at the scene an hour later.

A murder investigation was launched but despite numerous arrests no one has been charged.

The recently released CCTV footage – which featured with a renewed appeal on BBC’s Crimewatch Live yesterday (Monday) – shows a black Audi being driven nearby around the time of the murder.

DCI Perry Benton, who is leading the Met’s investigation, said: “Richard was a student at Brunel University who was home visiting family for Christmas.

“His family are understandably devastated by Richard’s tragic death.

“It is approaching three years since this callous shooting and they deserve to see justice done.”

He continued: “I am confident that people in the community know what happened and who may have been responsible.
