Roding Valley High School is celebrating the fantastic achievement of its Year 11 students.

Headteacher Sharon Jenner said: "They should all be incredibly proud of their achievements in their GCSE and vocational qualifications this summer.

"The incredible levels of resilience and work ethic that they have shown has been quite outstanding.

The government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic.

Headteacher Sharon Jenner said: “We are immensely proud of all the work and achievements of all of our students, especially after such a difficult and disrupted year.

"Our teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure students are all able to progress onto the next step in their education journey whether that is joining the sixth form or college, or starting an apprenticeship.

"We were delighted to see so many happy faces this morning and to welcome record numbers into our sixth form.

"The results of the cohort are outstanding and representative of the talented and committed students that we have at Roding Valley High School. We look forward to seeing what they will achieve in the future.”
