Does Lewisham Council have a new policy they haven't told us about?
Dear editor,
I'm quite annoyed that, having laid out good money to purchase waste food bags, only to find that Lewisham Council Refuse Operatives seem to have their own approach to waste food management, namely dumping the food and garden refuse in together.
Is this a new council policy of which I haven't as yet been informed?
