Police have released a direct appeal to the public to be on the look out for a man who suffers from dementia missing from Southwark.

Abdelali Slimani, 59, has been missing from his home address in Southwark since 5am on Sunday, July 25.

Police say he suffers from a number of medical issues, and dementia. He may be struggling with his communication and mobility and appear to be disoriented or confused.

Met Police said in an official appeal that they were "very concerned for Abdelali's welfare" and have asked the public to be on the lookout.

Pictured above, he is described as 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, balding with some grey hair and grey stubble.
