Civic visitors: the mayor and mayoress on their tour with founders Dominic and Maya Simler
HILLINGDON’s mayor had some words of advice for the owners on a tour of the PLAYin CHOC factory in Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge.
The firm’s MD, Dominic Simler, said: “It was incredibly insightful to listen to his sound business advice in manufacturing, which he has gained over a long and successful career.”
Cllr Roy Chamdal and his wife, the mayoress, learned about about PLAYin CHOC’s sustainability ethos and what the business aims to bring to the community through employment, education to schools and charitable gifts.
