Two men were found with injuries by police who rushed to Edgware over reports of an assault.
The Metropolitan Police says officers were called to Hillside Gardens at 12.42pm on Monday and attended the scene with paramedics.
One man in his 30s was found suffering from a head injury.
Another man in his late 20s was found with facial injuries.
They were taken to hospital, where their injuries were found to be not life-threatening or life-changing.
A group of other men are believed to have fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Enquiries to trace them are ongoing, police said.
No arrests have been made.
