RESIDENTS and businesses are being encouraged to give feedback on Hillingdon Council’s draft plan for tackling climate change.
The council wants to become the greenest London borough and wants to fulfil its commitment to make council public buildings, fleet vehicles and street lighting carbon neutral by 2030.
Cllr Eddie Lavery, Hillingdon cabinet member for the environment, said: “We all have to play our part in tackling climate change, to ensure our borough remains a healthy, happy place for people and nature when it’s handed down to future generations.”
