Police have issued a dispersal notice across multiple Lewisham wards from 2:30pm today until Friday afternoon following concerns of disorder.
Lewisham Met Police Service have announced that a dispersal authorisation has been issued under Section 24 of the Anti-Social behaviour, crime and policing Act 2014, requiring groups to stay clear of the designated areas.
The dispersal zone covers Forest Hill, Crofton Park and Perry Vale, and is in place from 2:30pm, March 17, until 2:30pm, March 19.
The police force say the reason behind the order is concerns over anti-social behaviour, specifically relating to "young people involved in some disorder."
The crime reference number for the case is CAD 4051/17Mar21.
