CLAIRE Sweeney and Paralympian table tennis stars Will Bayley and Aaron Mckibbin are leading fund-raisers in the Heart v Lungs virtual challenge to support Harefield Hospital.
Actress and singer Claire will captain Team Heart while Bayley and Mckibbin will jointly captain Team Lungs.
They will raise funds for NHS staff and patients at that have been on the front line of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Heart v Lungs is a virtual challenge which anyone can do wherever they are and whatever their level of fitness.
Participants choose a team, Heart or Lungs, and then all the distance they cover is added to their team’s total.
Team members can be sponsored and all the proceeds will go towards Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital Charity’s COVID-19 Relief Fund.
The virtual starting pistol will be fired at 9am on Saturday, April 3 and team members will have until midnight on Saturday, May 1, to add miles to their team’s totals.
