PUPILS at The Grange Primary School in Church Gardens, Ealing, have received a bundle of new books for their library.
The Morrisons Foundation donation comes after a recent study conducted by the National Literacy Trust showed reading has provided a vital refuge for children during lockdown.
Donna Moran, community champion from the Morrisons store in Ealing Broadway, delivered the books to The Grange.
The donation to is one of 497 to schools throughout the UK.
The Morrisons Foundation was set up by the supermarket in 2015 and awards grants to charity projects which help improve people’s lives.
