Artist's impression: how the new complex will look
A £15m contract to build a new retirement complex on the former RAF Uxbridge base has been awarded.
The six-storey building will comprise 72 assisted-living one- and two-bedroom flats with communal lounge, bistro, health suites, guest accommodation and staff rooms. There will also be parking above and below ground.
Higgins Partnerships was awarded the contract by Anchor Hanover Group.
