Police are investigating a sex attack in Savernake Woods this morning.
A spokesperson said:
“We have received a report of a serious sexual assault which is believed to have occurred in a location in Savernake Forest during the morning of Monday 26 October.
"Our enquiries are currently ongoing and there is a scene preservation area in place. We are providing specialist support to the female victim.
"No arrests have been made at this time.”
