Dozens of firefighters tackled a fire at a maisonette that destroyed over half of the ground floor.
A woman and two children left the home in Grove Road, Barnet, before crews arrived earlier today. There were no serious injuries.
The London Fire Brigade were called at 12.40pm and the fire was under control by 1.18pm.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters from Southgate and Edmonton fire stations, and Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service attended.
The fire happened at a semi-detached house, made up of two maisonettes. The cause of the fire is still unknown and will be investigated.
