A warrant has been issued for a drink driver accused of failing to attend any appointments.
Marcus McGuinness, 27, was given the 10 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months at the start of September after he admitted being more than four times over the drink-drive limit in Trowbridge.
He is accused of failing to turn up for two appointments with the probation service within three weeks of the order being made by the Swindon magistrates last month.
McGuinness, of Broad Street, Trowbridge, was due before the magistrates’ court this week charged with failing to comply with the requirements of his suspended sentence order.
When he failed to turn up for the hearing, magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest.
