Three brothers are offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to live mortgage-free.

Daniel, Will and Jason from Mitcham, Carshalton and Norbury, are offering you the chance to own a property for just £2.

The astounding deal follows a successful raffle which saw one lucky person bag a £415,000 property in Mitcham for £2 earlier this year.

Daniel Twenefour who sold his newly refurbished three-bedroom property back in June, has decided to join forces with his brothers to organise a second raffle.

The brothers with property experience, are offering an 'immaculate' 3-bedroom apartment located near Purley, in the town centre of Whyteleafe.

The property will be transferred to the winner free of stamp duty and legal fees – with the fees covered by the brothers.

Daniel Twenfour said: "After the first raffle, I received a lot of emails and messages praising the opportunity and how the raffle was run - some made references to the bad experiences they had with other house raffles.

"I also had people mentioning that this was an easy route for them to get on the property ladder as they struggled to get the finances together for the traditional route.

"Most of these messages and emails ended with 'when are you going to do it again.'

"To buy this apartment you would typically need to put down around a 10% deposit.

"The property is valued at £425,000, so the deposit would be £42,500.

"Then you need to consider the legal fees and the other small costs associated with purchasing a property.

"For a lot of young people, getting a deposit of that size would take a considerable amount of time.

"With our raffle, not only won't you have to put down a deposit, but you won't have to pay any mortgage for life!"

He added: "The property would make a great family home but can also be used as a excellent rental property.

"For those who haven't signed up yet, I would say think legacy - this will not only transform your life but could also help those around you.

"A lot of people work to make ends meet to pay for their homes, that could all change with a raffle ticket."

The brothers will donate some of the proceedings to charity - "Giving back is mandatory - It's part of our model. Wherever we can help, we will." says Daniel

The closing date for entries is September 25, 2020 at 11.59pm.

The winner will be drawn in the presence of a solicitor and notified by email and telephone on September 28 at 7.00pm.

If all 250,000 tickets are not sold, the winner will be offered 70 per cent of the ticket receipts instead.
