A PROLIFIC criminal appeared back in court for swearing and begging.
Tobias Denyer was told to keep out of Eastbourne town centre in January. It followed his ban from Brighton in October over repeated incidents of antisocial behaviour, begging, and drunkenness.
The 37-year-old appeared back before Brighton Magistrates’ Court for “swearing at passers by and begging” in Eastbourne last month.
Previously The Argus revealed how it would take him 15 years to repay his court debt at the rate agreed by courts. In August last year Denyer, of Langney Road, Eastbourne, owed £2,768 and has more than 40 previous convictions.
It was hoped he could turn his life around away from Brighton. He must complete six months of alcohol dependency treatment, pay a £95 surcharge and £135 costs.
