Four males were chased and arrested last night (June 5) in Blackheath after a suspected knifepoint robbery.
The Met Police said officers were on late night patrols across south east London around 9pm on Sunday when a patrol car was flagged down by a member of the public near Blackheath Common.
They were alerted to an alleged robbery involving multiple knifes, and four males were quickly identified as suspects.
Officers chased and caught the four men, who were all then arrested on suspicion of knife point robbery.
Lewisham MPS then used a police dog, PD Stitch, to search the route the suspects had taken.
Two weapons, both knives, were located and seized following the arrests.
