A man has been charged after police were alerted to reports a man had been seen discharging a suspected gun this weekend
Metropolitan Police detectives investigating the firearms incident in Barnet have charged Shane Broaders, of Margaret Road, New Barnet, with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause a fear of violence.
The 42-year-old appeared remotely via video link at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today Monday, June 1.
At approximately 3.29pm on Saturday, May 30 police were called to Margaret Road in Barnet following a report of a firearms discharge and a reports man had been seen with a suspected gun.
Broaders was remanded in custody and he will next appear at Harrow Crown Court on Monday, June 29.
