The number of Government-confirmed coronavirus cases across Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley and Bromley has reached 559.
The rise in cases comes as key members of the Government have been struck down by the virus, including Prime Minister Boris Johnson and health secretary Matt Hancock.
Daily statistics released by the Government and by Public Health England show that, as of Friday March 27, the number of cases in south east London sits at 669, with 14,543 UK-wide cases.
There have been 759 deaths nationwide linked to Covid-19, whilst London continues to lead the way in cases with over a third of the total in the UK (4,637).
Borough by borough, in the south east Bromley has the most coronavirus cases with 188, whilst Lewisham has recorded 158 cases.
Greenwich has 128 confirmed cases, whilst Bexley has 85.
With 181 deaths and over 3,000 new cases in the last 24 hours, coronavirus continues to worsen across the UK and world.
