The number of Government-confirmed cases of coronavirus in south east London has risen above 300, with streets in Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich left deserted due to the outbreak.
The daily statistics released by the Government and Public Health England show that, as of Tuesday, March 24, the number of cases in south east London had reached 314.
Nearly 3,000 cases of Covid-19 have been identifed in the capital, with 8,077 across the UK and 422 deaths.
Borough by borough in south east London, Lewisham has the most confirmed cases with 97, whilst Bromley reports 93 cases.
In Greenwich, there are 77 confirmed cases and 47 in Bexley.
London has emerged as the nation's epicentre for the coronavirus outbreak, with nearly a third of all UK cases.
Lambeth (188) and Southwark (181) have the most number of cases in the country alongside Hampshire and Birmingham, whilst Wandsworth, Westminster, Croydon, Harrow, Brent and Ealing all have over 100 cases.
Public Health England are not disclosing specific details about individual cases.
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to take its toll, the UK has been placed into an effective lockdown, with all non-essential travel, venues and jobs banned by the Government.
Councils have closed buildings and playgrounds, hospitals have all but banned visitors and the NHS is urging people to stay at home in order to save lives.
