The aftermath of Storm Dennis continued to cause transport chaos on Monday as train lines and roads were blocked by flooding.
Flood warnings are still in place across parts of Powys as the clean-up gets underway after Storm Dennis.
Natural Resources Wales has issued flood warnings for the River Severn at Criggion, Llandrinio, Pool Quay and Trewern and the River Ithon at Disserth.
Train journeys through Mid Wales have been cancelled or significantly delayed.
Roads across the county remain closed after torrential downpours and strong winds over the weekend.
