Entry to a multi-storey car park was completely blocked this morning after an elderly driver crashed.
At least three police units were called to Citipark Church car park on the ring road in Watford at 10.45am.
A Vauxhall Astra, being driven by a man in his 90s, became lodged at the entrance to the car park.

The man was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
The incident caused disruption to drivers on the ring road and for those wanting to get into the car park until the vehicle was moved.
